SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
For domestic orders on the Romanian territory we ship with Urgent Cargus. For Cluj-Napoca and Oradea cities, we can personally hand you the items you purchased at no cost. Current processing time before shipping is 3-5 business days, for items that are in stock. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped.
For international orders, we ship via DPD International on the European territory. International orders can take up to 1 week to arrive from the shipment date (sometimes longer). They may also have additional customs fees depending on your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these costs. Current processing time before shipping is 3-5 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. All goods will be inspected on return. Your payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 10 business days. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded and discounted items are not eligible for a return. Candles of Transylvania will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
If your order arrives broken please provide a photo to email@example.com so we can organise a replacement or refund. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods. Please allow up to 1 business day for a reply.
We will process inquiries as quickly as possible and will notify you by e-mail once your refund or replacement has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 10 business days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
